PANO BAY VIEW HOME ON BRISBANE'S BEST LOT!

My new listing in Brisbane is a rarely available 4-bed 3-bath single-family home spanning over 2600 square feet.  My sellers are the original homeowners of this home and fell in love with this sweet community.

Front Exterior of 169 Tulare Street.

"Although I have called 169 my “home” off and on for nearly 40 years now, and the world is a different place, and I am a different person, one thing I can say is that Brisbane itself hasn’t changed much. It still feels like a tucked-away secret. It still has a mash-up of blue-collar working class vs. working professional, new-family vs. retiree, hippie vs. semi-conservative residents. There is a sense of a small town community.  There is a library, public pool, tennis and basketball courts, a summer concert series, a skate park, and outdoor tai-chi (I have taken advantage of all, except the skate park and tai-chi).  Brisbane Village Helping Hands is a great resource for seniors. It is a community-based volunteer effort for seniors to help with everyday tasks. They even offer free rides to doctor visits or otherwise.

The view from 169’s deck is gorgeous, particularly if you like to spend time sipping coffee while the sun rises, or having a glass (or two) of wine at twilight when the clouds change color. Harvest moonrises here are awesome.

On the other side, looking out from the front of the house, there is a nice view of the valley. In certain months, the cool air coming over the crest of the mountain mixes with warm air from the valley and creates a convective effect that can be mesmerizing.

Another great facet to living in Brisbane is the microclimate. Summer in San Francisco is notoriously chilly, but the shielded Brisbane valley means sun and temps typically at least 10-15 degrees warmer than SF, even into the evening.  Combined with the easy access to both San Francisco and the Upper Peninsula, it’s an ideal spot for those in the know." -Seller of 169 Tulare Street
