We contacted John DiDomenico in Nov 2022 about selling a pair of Cole Valley flats. John developed a plan and timetable for listing the building and estimated the final selling price. We followed his advice about staging and listing the flats. John worked with the tenants and us, managed the showings, and secured offers (three weeks after the property was listed for sale),which was slightly more than his November estimate. That achievement was noteworthy because interest rates increased in the intervening months, and the failure of Silicon Valley Bank sent shock waves through the real estate market. John knew that we would be out of the country during the weeks between signing the contract and the escrow close.
