The 125-year-old Victorian home is situated on a level, picturesque block in the Castro, chock full of Nelson-designed single-family homes, with close in proximity to the Village.
Although known as a Victorian builder, Nelson and his sons are credited with constructing 4,000 homes in San Francisco from 1876 through the post-World War II period.
