The founders and co-owners of the beloved Folio Bookstore in Noe Valley are onto the next chapter. There were popular scrabble nights, a trivia night, craft gatherings, and even a kitten adoption event.

The staff were all book lovers and exuded a special kind of joy about reading that was infectious. The Bookworm group for tweens was a delight and often the kids would help shelve and organize and return often to find the latest installment of a favorite series; all events were free of charge.  The window displays were legendary and for holiday shopping Folio couldn’t be beat.
