Within the last year, sales of larger homes have increased while sales of the smallest, mainly condos, have slightly dropped.

San Francisco is experiencing a hot real estate market with total sales volume in 2021 87% higher than it was during the same period last year. The median single-family sale price from January-April this year is up 9% compared to the same time last year with the median single-family home sales price also going 7% above the list price.
