25 Grand View Avenue is a spacious four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath single-family view home. This 1940s residence has been lovingly cared for and updated. It is detached on three sides, providing excellent natural light. Smartly designed, it features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a primary suite with a sitting deck on the top level. At the same time, the main floor is comprised of public rooms. The living room is nicely appointed with beautiful woodwork, arch doorways, a fireplace, and a walk-out balcony with spectacular San Francisco views.

Enjoy a quiet dinner at home or host family and friends for the holidays in the large formal dining room with beautiful parquet floors. The newly remodeled custom chef's kitchen will make entertaining or everyday living a breeze! Flex space is found on the lower level, ideal for a 4th bedroom, in-law, rental unit, or family room with a full bath and kitchenette that opens onto the garden. The garage has terrific storage components and 2-car side-by-side parking for right-sized cars.

Perched high on the hill near Twin Peaks, the property's elevation provides sweeping views of downtown San Francisco and beyond. Enjoy looking out over the city while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail from one of two view decks. If you are looking for a bit of fun, the nearby Castro district provides endless entertainment options. The vibrant community is always buzzing, so whether you are catching a show at the iconic Castro Theatre or having late-night drinks at Twin Peaks Tavern, it's sure to be a blast.

Eureka Valley

WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Eureka Valley is a sub-neighborhood of the more famous Castro District.  This community is hilly, with tree-lined streets, majestic, large single-family homes, and stellar views – set back from the Castro's nightlife. Spared by the fires following the 1906 earthquake, this area initially drew waves of new immigrants and tradespeople – resulting in an abundance of small-wood frame cottages and two-story flats. Today you will find rainbow flags cheerily scattered throughout the community, as many LBGTQ families like to call this area home.
